Artist Statement:

Marks of the hand remain on structures that may not hold, as mass pulls and line is casually draped and prodded.  One decision affords the next, or maybe the last, and the not-quite-functional meets the almost accidental on a path to mutuality.  A bite is shared, an aroma created, precarious but standing yet.   So it is to sit and balance things / to and to and to the point of still.      –Wallace Stevens
